I read this interesting news this morning. However I believe there are still a lot of research and studies to dig it more about this new path. I reckon, AIDS is a dreadful disease, it eats you up slowly, really slowly, sometimes without you even noticing it. It is like a time bomb in your body.
I don’t know when or will we be free from its virus – HIV. I don’t know whether it is possible. That is why, we should stay clear from drugs (esp intravenous ones), and also not to sleep around without protection with people. There is another living proof that drugs do you more harm than good. There is a father who’s believed have thrown his children off a bridge in Alabama. The detail can be read on this. It’s really horrifying. You can do anything in desperation. That is what happened to him, he is addicted to crack cocaine, and in desperation (maybe for money), he (allegedly) did that. So far, he is not bailed, since “District Judge Charles McKnight denied bail on Thursday morning, describing the allegations as “heinous”“. Honestly, I have a friend who used to befriend with Ecstasy. He told me (and others too) how bad it was. Luckily, now he can get out of it. The addiction, he says, can drive you mad. I’m so glad and happy that he has stayed clear for months now. Well, his wound from separation from his former partner was the culprit of his addiction.
Depression~~~ I’ve read quite a few of articles on that issue. It for some reason intrigues me. It is sometimes described as dark, sorrow, pain, loneliness. And surprisingly, a lot of people who are affected with it look ‘normal’ and sometimes they are high achievers in society. Really, can’t judge the book by its cover. Some believe it runs in the family, so it’s in your genes. But I believe, even though it’s in your imprint, you still can release from it. There are quite a few methods of relaxation nowadays. Pick your choice: meditation, yoga, exercise, creative activity, etc. Again, actually it’s all in the mind.
Mind — it is quite powerful. It can drive you beyond your own belief. If you have a strong mind and determination, actually everything is (almost) possible. I can sort of tell my body to do exactly as what my mind want. Well, I like to do exercise, and sometimes I ‘forced’ myself because my mind believes that I could do it. Let me give you an example. In a fitness class, we normally have to do lunges for many times, and honestly I hate it! Hehehe most of the time my mind would go like ” oh come on, give me a break. I want it to finish this as quick as possible.” And what happens? I feel that I didn’t have any more energy to do it. But when I said to myself “Well, this is easy. I can do it for many many reps…” Wow.. surprise, surprise. I didn’t even feel tired! Cool!
So sometimes, when we alter the frequency of the mind, the outcome would change too! Try it and prove it!
